Lifeblu creator Lori Cimoch is passionate about helping people navigate a life that aligns with who they are. She is inspired by the idea that when people understand themselves and their strengths, they become more effective listeners and communicators.

Lori knows firsthand how True Colors can bring clarity: she spent many years in stressful jobs, feeling broken and trapped. True Colors interpreted her strengths, and made her aware of how her personality type can thrive.

Lori describes herself as a “Blue” and a passionate Supporter. She is a Certified True Colors Facilitator, and is certified in Team Building and Conflict Management Navigation.
